A few steps from the apartment there is a supermarket if you want to dine in the intimacy of the house, thanks to a fully functional and equipped kitchen, otherwise crossing the bridge of Campo Santa Fosca you can reach in 3 minutes Fondamenta della Misericordia and Riva dei Ormesini with a surprising choice of excellent wine bars and taverns for your lunches, aperitifs and dinners.
This property consists of a large living room, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom, perfect for couples or families with children. The accommodation is located on the first floor, with lift, and has all the appliances that guests may need.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
