    This accommodation has the prerogative of offering the unique experience of living in Venice like a Venetian, in fact the area is not very touristy, not chaotic but, at the same time, is located just steps away from the Giardini area, where tourists from all over the world come every year to visit the Biennale exhibitions.
    To reach the apartment, located in Corte Zurlin, you must walk through Sotoportego Zurlin, which has the peculiarity of being the lowest in Venice!
    Moreover, in summer, with just one vaporetto stop, you can relax on the fantastic sandy beaches of the Lido di Venezia, where you can sunbathe and refresh yourself with a swim.
    The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom.
    St. Mark's Square is accessible in 20 minutes with a splendid walk along Riva degli Schiavoni that allows you to admire the beauty of the Venetian lagoon and immerse yourself in the atmosphere, reminiscing about Venice of the past.
    The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, you will find ironing board and iron, internet access (wi-fi), hair dryer, anti-mosquito electrical devices, television.
    The American kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and kettle. A well-stocked supermarket can be found 200m away.
    Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment.
