It consists of large living area with sofa bed, which can be prepared if needed, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. From the windows of the living room and the bedrooms you can admire the Grand Canal and going down the street you will be in the heart of Venice with countless shops, taverns and winebars.
To give you the feeling of being home the apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, hair dryer, iron, TV, as well as all appliances and kitchen utensils, including a wine cellar.
Thanks to its excellent location you can reach the Rialto Bridge in just 2 minutes walking and St Mark’s Square in 10 minutes. The vaporetto stops within walking distance will allow you to reach the main points of the city such as Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo airport or other islands of the lagoon.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.

This apartment was even better than we expected. It is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It is very well stocked for cooking, laundry, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was such a nice apartment to come back to relax in after a hot see more

The location is ideal for exploring Venice. There are many food options nearby and a vaporetto stop very close by. And, despite the apartment being so close to the Rialto bridge and the Grand Canal it is extremely quiet inside. We also found the rental company very easy to work with and quite helpful during check-in. I would happily stay here again and would certainly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Venice. |
