To make sure you don't miss anything during your stay, the apartment is equipped with autonomous heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron, TV, as well as all the kitchen appliances and utensils, including a wine cellar.
Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the Rialto Bridge in just 2 minutes and St. Mark's Square in 10 minutes. The vaporetto stops located just a few steps away will allow you to reach the main points of the city such as Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station, the Marco Polo airport or other islands of the lagoon.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required. Pets are not allowed.

This apartment was even better than we expected. It is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It is very well stocked for cooking, laundry, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was such a nice apartment to come back to relax in after a hot see more

The location is ideal for exploring Venice. There are many food options nearby and a vaporetto stop very close by. And, despite the apartment being so close to the Rialto bridge and the Grand Canal it is extremely quiet inside. We also found the rental company very easy to work with and quite helpful during check-in. I would happily stay here again and would certainly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Venice. |
