In addition, the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon in the early nineteenth century and now the main venue for the Biennale art and architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions, can be reached in 5 minutes. A 15-minute walk will take you to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, while just a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano. Tastefully furnished with a clean and modern design, this accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances. In addition, there is a communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building. Two mini-markets are within a 450m radius. Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.

Refined and classy, the apartment has every comfort such as air conditioning for the hottest evenings, autonomous heating, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, hair dryer, iron and an equipped kitchen. In the surroundings you can find some typical taverns and wine bars, which will take you on a culinary journey with the typical flavours of this city. If, on the other hand, you prefer a quieter evening in the intimacy of your home, you will find a supermarket just 200m away. In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the 'Giardini' vaporetto stop, which will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo international airport and other evocative places like the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beautiful Lido island where you can find a sandy beach, an excellent solution for the hottest summer days. Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm; if a check-in outside the established time is necessary, it will be possible to agree on a time by applying an additional cost.
