This is a large 40 sqm studio apartment on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning, sofa bed, LED TV, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus squeezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Centrale Mazzoni is located a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station, 7 minutes from Piazzale Roma and the nearest vaporetto stop is Ferrovia from which you can reach Rialto, San Marco and Lido with line 1.
To reach Marco Polo airport you can take the bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma.
In addition, in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Guglie, Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio area, where there are numerous excellent quality and untouristy bars and restaurants.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment.
