Located in a charming building in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle, this apartment will allow you to stay near the Arsenale of Venice, which houses the Naval History Museum, part of the Biennale exhibition for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June. In addition, the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon in the early 19th century and now the main venue for the Biennale art and architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions, can be reached in 5 minutes. A 15-minute walk will take you to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, while just a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of Murano.
Tastefully furnished, with a modern design that blends perfectly with the warm tones of the exposed wooden beams, this accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with three sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, as well as all the necessary kitchen appliances. In addition, there is a communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building. Two mini-markets are located within a 450m radius.
Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small additional payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
