This large apartment, very bright and comfortable, in the heart of the historic center of the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the Temple of Apollo, can comfortably accommodate groups or families of four.
Equipped with every comfort, it has two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, large living room with sofas and armchairs and equipped kitchen.
All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by a WiFi network.
The apartment is located inside the restricted traffic area and does not offer a parking service, before going to the apartment for check in, the guest can park at the Talete parking area, following the signs that lead to the parking area without entering the restricted traffic area. .
Guests are informed that the leased property is not an accommodation facility, therefore services to the person of a hotel nature are excluded by law (reception, accommodation surveillance, supply of meals and drinks, cleaning and linen changes, transfer).
