The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by private landlords in accordance with Italian Law L.431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17. As such, none of the properties are hotel accommodations.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on the guest's credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on your bank).
• In case of damages or violation of house rules, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover costs.

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (document upload and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist lease agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy version in English will be provided.

Key collection and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.

• After 01:00 → only upon prior approval
