    Description

    Nestled in the picturesque district of Pittulongu, surrounded by peace yet just a short walk from local amenities, WLofts is a contemporary design holiday home offering a stunning view over the Bados – Mare Rocce bay. The property consists of 4 independent units with a shared entrance, hosting up to 18 guests in total. The landscaped garden surrounds the property, and just outside the gate a small sandy beach can be reached in approximately 100 metres. At only 400 metres lie the beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo; within 1 km you can easily reach on foot the most iconic beaches on Olbia’s northern coast: Il Pellicano, Bados and Pittulongu. Each unit is equipped with wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven and a private parking space inside the gated area.

    INTERNAL DESCRIPTION

    WLofts 13 accommodates up to 6 guests and is located on the ground floor, featuring bright, elegant and modern interiors. The living area includes a chaise-longue sofa, LED TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge with freezer. A large sliding glass door connects the living room with the garden, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor experience.

    The sleeping area includes: one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a double suite with a private bathroom. Each room is furnished with spacious wardrobes and high-quality finishes. A washing machine and a private parking space are available.



    OUTDOOR SPACES

    The outdoor areas of WLofts 13 are ideal for relaxation: a private garden with lawn surrounds the apartment, while the covered veranda with dining table is perfect for enjoying meals in the shade. Stepping outside the property, a small sandy beach can be reached on foot in about 100 metres; the rocky shoreline typical of the area is also nearby and ideal for sunbathing. A private parking space with electric gate is included.



    INFORMATION ABOUT THE DESTINATION AND DISTANCES

    WLofts is located in a residential area composed of detached villas, perfect for a beach holiday in Sardinia without giving up convenience. Walking distance: Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo beaches (400 m), bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Olbia’s historic centre is 8 km away (approx. 15 minutes by car). Nearest bus stop: 750 m (line 4, Lo Squalo stop). Many excellent local restaurants lie within 2 km, mostly beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Also worth visiting are the beaches between Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina and Marinella. Boat excursions to the Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area depart from Porto San Paolo.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

    PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
    • If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated according to usage and charged at the end of the stay.
    • A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
    • The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times depend solely on the guest’s bank).
    • In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit.


    TOURIST TAX

    To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.



    BOOKING DETAILS
    • Klodge accommodations are private properties rented for tourism purposes under Italian Law 431/98 and Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).
    • As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
    • Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.


    ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT
    • Online check-in is required after booking (upload of ID documents and selfie for each guest).
    • All personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.
    • A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.


    KEY DELIVERY

    Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.



    WASTE COLLECTION

    A door-to-door recycling system is active in the area. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
