The bright living area includes a lounge corner, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and kettle. A comfortable double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The double bedroom has access to a private balcony, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine. A furnished covered veranda overlooking the park offers a pleasant outdoor area for relaxing or dining.

OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered veranda is one of the most appreciated areas of the apartment, furnished with a sofa and a small table and offering a relaxing view over the park. Free street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be required upon arrival and pre-authorised on a credit card physically presented and registered to the guest. The pre-authorisation will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on the bank). Any damages or rule violations may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.

WASTE SEPARATION
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must follow the collection schedule, use the required bags and dispose of any remaining waste before departure.
