In the heart of Pittulongu neighborhood, immersed in tranquility but a few steps from shops, WLofts is a modern design residence overlooking the Gulf of Bados-Mare Rocce, surrounded by a well-kept garden with direct access to the sea in a few steps.
The villa includes three independent lodgings with shared gate and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people in total. Each accomodation is equipped with every comfort: wi-fi, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, oven, internal parking space with electric gate. Just 400 meters away you can find the beach of Mare e Rocce and within 1 km within walking distance all the most beautiful Olbia area beaches: Il Pellicano, Lo Squalo, Bados, Pittulongu.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
WLofts 11 features 4 sleeps, located first floor it consists of a bright living area with chaise longue sofa, TV corner and a modern kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the veranda overlooking the garden with sea view. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, one of which with a private bathroom and a main bathroom with shower. Each room is furnished with spacious wardrobes for its guests. Serving the accommodation a reserved paking place.
INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES
WLofts is located in a residential area consisting of single villas, thanks to its proximity to shops is the ideal accommodation for all those who want to take a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. Ideal for groups of friends or families even without a car, from here is easy to walk to all the beaches located in the area as well as bars, restaurants.
WLofts is only 400 meters away from the crystalline sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, in about 15 minutes and 8 km distance you can reach the historic center of Olbia and all its amenities. The nearest supermarket is located on the main street of the neighborhood and is 4 minutes away; at the same distance, the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacconists and a parapharmacy. The nearest bus stop is located just 750 meters away (bus line 4, Lo Squalo stop).
For a game at the Pevero Golf Club, just take the road towards Costa Smeralda for 31 km. Numerous restaurants with sea cuisine typical of the area are located within 2 km and mainly on the beachfront: Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, Ristorante Lo Squalo. Do not miss to visit the beaches of the stretch of coast that goes from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, the splendid Cala Moresca (trekking routes start from the beach), Cala Sabina and Marinella. Visit the Protected Marine Area of Tavolara Punta Coda Cavallo, with boats departing from the Porto San Paolo pier, to discover the island of Tavolara, the smallest kingdom in the world.

It was the perfect size for us (three adults and one baby) and a great base for exploring the surrounding beaches and going into Olbia by bus. The bakery up the road was a lovely place to get fresh croissants for breakfast. The communication with the host was very easy and he was helpful with any questions. We would definitely come back again!
