    The Olive Retreat is a loft attic apartment of approximately 95 sqm located on the first floor of a villa, with independent access and spaces organised within one large open-plan environment.



    The living area features a comfortable sofa overlooking the countryside, a relaxation corner and a dedicated children’s area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, coffee machine and moka pot.


    The sleeping area can accommodate up to 4 guests within the same open-space environment, with bed linen included. The bathroom includes a shower, towels and the main comforts needed during the stay.


    The property is equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, mosquito screens and blackout curtains.


    OUTDOOR SPACES

    Guests can enjoy a large shared garden of 4000 sqm, featuring lawn, olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, ideal for relaxing outdoors.


    The shared swimming pool, sanitised with a salt electrolysis system, is one of the property’s main highlights and includes sun loungers and a hot outdoor shower. The pool and outdoor areas are shared with a second accommodation unit located within the villa.
