As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

After booking, online check-in is required (upload of ID documents and a selfie for each guest).
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR.
Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the required bags and dispose of all waste correctly before departure.
