• Any damages or breaches of house rules may result in partial or total deductions from the deposit.

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base price and will be charged separately. Additional linen changes are available on request.

• All data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy can be provided.

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
