    INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

    An external staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. The living area features a bright lounge with a double sofa bed, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with gas burners, fridge/freezer, oven and air conditioning. The double bedroom is comfortable and quiet, with spacious wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. All interiors are designed to offer functionality and comfort throughout the year.

    The highlight of Myrsine 54 is its lovely covered terrace with a view of Tavolara, furnished with a dining table—perfect for outdoor meals, aperitifs or moments of relaxation. The surroundings are peaceful and immersed in greenery. A private parking space is available on the ground floor.

    Myrsine 54 is located in the Myrsine – Murta Maria residential area, appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to the sea. Within 1 km you’ll find bars, restaurants, delis and supermarkets. The beach of Marina Maria, popular for surfing, windsurfing and its sunset views over the lagoon, is only a few minutes away. The beaches of Porto Istana, Pittulongu, Le Saline and Cala Brandinchi are easily reachable by car.
