    INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

    The covered veranda is one of the most appreciated spaces of the apartment: furnished with a table and chairs, it is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals with a sea view. Maestrale Flat offers functional interiors for up to four guests: the living room features a dining table, LED TV, double sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. Lo Squalo beach can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. A private outdoor parking space completes the property.


    ABOUT THE AREA AND DISTANCES

    The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano and Pittulongu are equipped with beach clubs, sunbeds and restaurants. Within walking distance you will also find cafés, supermarkets and popular local spots such as Ristorante Lo Squalo, Mamabeach, Trattoria Rossi and Costa Sarda Bar. Beaches reachable on foot include Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano and Mare e Rocce. Within about 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Golfo Aranci, such as Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas and Cala Moresca, a natural area home to a resident dolphin group.

    Upon arrival, a security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be present). The amount will be automatically released after check-out; release times depend on the issuing bank. In case of damages or rule violations, an appropriate amount may be withheld.

    After booking, guests must complete the online check-in via our dedicated portal by uploading ID documents and selfies for all travellers. Personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English translation will be provided before arrival.


    Key collection

    Keys and documents will be delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.


    Waste collection

    A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of any remaining waste properly before departure.
