The apartment is located on the first floor and features wooden ceilings and elegant finishes. It includes a spacious 15 sqm covered veranda with a small lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view from Tavolara Island to Golfo Aranci. The interiors are functional and welcoming: a living room with dining area, TV, sofa, and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with balcony and sea view, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Payments and Security Deposit

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) costs will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be required, held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on the bank).
• In case of damage or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover expenses.

Booking Details

• Klodge properties are privately owned and managed under a tourist lease, pursuant to Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
• Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections without affecting functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate agent specializing in short-term tourist rentals.

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy English copy will be provided.

Key Collection

Key pick-up and document signing take place at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Purchase the proper bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
