    Bellosguardo 3 is a charming three-room apartment located on the ground floor. It features a covered veranda of approx. 10 sqm and a 40 sqm garden with green lawn and sea view—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea breeze throughout the day, as the beach is just 80 meters away. The veranda is furnished with a lounge corner including a sofa and armchairs.

    The well-finished and carefully curated apartment offers comfortable spaces for four guests: the living room features a dining table and lounge area with TV and sofa, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, toaster, kettle, and cooktop. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double with wardrobe and one twin room with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and washing machine. A private parking space is available to guests.
