Bellosguardo 3 is a charming three-room apartment located on the ground floor. It features a covered veranda of approx. 10 sqm and a 40 sqm garden with green lawn and sea view—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea breeze throughout the day, as the beach is just 80 meters away. The veranda is furnished with a lounge corner including a sofa and armchairs.

The well-finished and carefully curated apartment offers comfortable spaces for four guests: the living room features a dining table and lounge area with TV and sofa, a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, toaster, kettle, and cooktop. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double with wardrobe and one twin room with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and washing machine. A private parking space is available to guests.

Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and Pittulongu beach are well equipped with beach and dining services. A short walk or 2-minute drive takes you to local amenities such as bars, restaurants, and a supermarket.

The area features many beachfront kiosks—perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cocktail while tasting typical local starters. Some of the best dining spots include Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, Mamabeach, Ristorante Lo Squalo, and Costa Sarda Bar for quick local meals.

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate mediator specializing in short-term tourist rentals.

• After booking, online check-in is required (uploading ID documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation.
• Signing of a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key pick-up and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
