Payments and Security Deposit

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) will be charged based on actual consumption and due at the end of the stay.


• A security deposit will be held on your credit card upon arrival. The card must be physically present and in your name.


• The amount will be released automatically at the end of the stay (release time may vary depending on your bank).


• In case of damage or violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses.

Tourist Tax

Online Check-in and Rental Agreement

• After booking, you will be required to complete an online check-in (upload ID documents and selfies for all guests).


• Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR regulations.


• A tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy translation in English will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents will be handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Collection

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
