INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Spread over two levels, Rotonda Cottage 34 has been designed for maximum comfort. The ground floor hosts the living area, equipped with two sofa beds, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The modern bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. The separate kitchen, overlooking the garden, features a hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The upper floor accommodates the air-conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe. Mosquito screens and a safe are also included.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor dining or relaxing, overlooks a well-kept communal green area. The residence features shaded walkways, landscaped common spaces and a peaceful environment suitable for families and couples. Guests may also use the sun terrace with loungers and the children’s play area. The complex includes a saltwater shared pool with a shallow area for children and a furnished solarium. Cala Bitta Beach is within walking distance, while Porto Cervo and the main bays of the Costa Smeralda are easily accessible by car. Nearby, the charming Cala dei Ginepri Beach offers views over the Gulf of Arzachena, and the iconic Nikki Beach is just a short drive away. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding locations comfortably.

THINGS TO KNOW

Payments and security deposit
If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption is calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released after departure; release times depend on the issuing bank. In case of damages or violations of the house rules, a proportional amount may be withheld.
Tourist tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.
Booking details
Klodge accommodations are private properties rented by their owners through professional intermediation. As private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term tourist rentals. Essential services required for short-term stays — final cleaning and initial linen set — are provided by specialised external companies; related costs are borne by the Guest.
Online check-in and contract
After booking, guests must complete the online check-in procedure via our dedicated portal by uploading identity documents and selfies. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed; it is issued in Italian, with a courtesy English translation provided before arrival.
Key collection

Keys are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste collection
A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place. Guests are kindly asked to use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
