Dieses renovierte und helle Apartment befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von der schönen Kathedrale von San Martino und gleich hinter der Ecke vom Guinigi-Turm. Das kürzlich renovierte Hotel ist ein sehr komfortabler Ausgangspunkt, um Lucca und seine Schönheit sowie die Umgebung zu erkunden.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und hat auch AUFZUG. Dies ist ein antiker Palast in den Mauern von Lucca, der einst die Residenz einer der wichtigsten Seidenhandlungen Europas in Europa im Jahre 1400 war. Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral, aber in einem sehr ruhigen Block. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, da es sich um eine Fußgängerzone handelt. Hier gibt es ein paar sehr gute Pizzerias, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Bäckerei, eine Konditorei und ein Frühstückscafé. Alles ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso wie der Wochenmarkt und der Zugang zur Promenade auf den Mauern der Stadt.
Elegant, modern und sehr hell. CASA DANIELA bietet einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt mit allem modernen Komfort und neuen, tadellosen, schönen Möbeln. Alle Details wurden sehr gepflegt.
Die Wohnzimmerdecken haben immer noch die original bemalte Dekoration aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und misst 100 m². Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Einzelzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, 5-Platten-Herd, Gefrierschrank, Kühlschrank, italienische und amerikanische Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher), ein komplettes Set an Kochgeschirr wie zu Hause, Weingläser usw ..), ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit TV, ein Badezimmer mit einer großen eingebauten Dusche.
Die Wohnung ist auch mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, eine sehr zuverlässige Wi-Fi-Verbindung in der gesamten Wohnung.
Checking - in after 8.00pm is possible in request with a late check in fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon your arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increase to 100 euros.
Das Mietobjekt befindet sich im ZTL-Gebiet (verkehrsberuhigte Zone, zugänglich nur für ständige Bewohner und Personen mit Sondergenehmigung) und bietet keine Parkplätze auf dem Gelände.

The location of this apartment is perfect. It is well appointed with amazing high ceilings that are beautifully painted. For the directionally challenged, it is beside the medieval tower with the trees on top which was very helpful. There is a gremehr anzeigen

For the directionally challenged, it is beside the medieval tower with the trees on top which was very helpful. There is a great view of the tower from the bedroom window. There is a cafe/restaurant in the same building just around the corner that is excellent. Lucca is such a lovely place and the apartment is a quick walk to the train station for day trips to Pisa, Viaggio (beach) Cinque Terre and more. There was a very detailed binder with information on everything you could think of in it. We were met promptly at the apartment door upon arrival. We had a great stay in Lucca with our 14 year old daughter.

The spacious apartment is exactly as portrayed...wood beams, impressive ceiling detail and beautifully decorated with all the charm of Tuscany. Bedding was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for both meals and an amazing private cooking class with Nadia! Sonia was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the apartment's amenities and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities in & around Lucca. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a perfect Tuscan getaway! |

We came to Lucca to visit our son who is studying in the IMT campus for this semester. We wanted a place to call home for our week stay and this flat met all and even more of our needs. Mrs Sonia was so helpful through e-mail and phone calls to make sure everything was in place. When we arrived in Lucca, Alice helped us find our way to the flat and got us settled in, thanks so much. It was very convenient that we were so close to the train and bus station we used this to connect to everywhere each day to go sightseeing and also to see some shows while we were in town. We really appreciated having the kitchen and living room - we spent a lot of time just catching up in the evenings. We even made a home cooked meal for our son on Sunday night so the kitchen was extremely helpful. After staying for week we know without a doubt this flat was the best choice for us. We were 2 adults and our son came and stayed a few nights so the extra bedroom was wonderful for us. We also found it very economical compared to hotels and so much more comfortable with the extra living space and many amenities like the washer and clothes dryer, the wi-fi, and the heating which worked perfectly. Thanks and we will look you up if we are in Lucca again.
