Das BRIGANTE FARMHOUSE liegt 10-12 Autominuten von Lucca entfernt auf den Hügeln der Toskana und ist ein traditionelles, charmantes Bauernhaus, das sorgfältig renoviert und in ein Landhaus umgewandelt wurde. Es bietet komfortable Gastlichkeit und einen entspannenden Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre Intimität. Das Haus bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegenden Täler und das Tyrrhenische Meer, einschließlich der nahen Inseln des toskanischen Archipels.

Erdgeschoss: Einladendes und helles Wohnzimmer mit Flachbild-Sat-TV und gemütlichem Kamin.

Geräumiges Esszimmer mit ausziehbarem Tisch für 8-10 Personen, Kamin, Holzbalkendecke und Cotto-Boden. Professionelle voll ausgestattete Küche, die sich zum Garten hin öffnet, rundet diese Etage ab. Es gibt auch einen geräumigen überdachten Essbereich im Freien vor der Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen und einem runden einladenden Sofa mit Kissen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es auch ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eingebauter Dusche.

3 Doppelschlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern (beide mit eingebauter Dusche) und 1 geräumigeres Bad (dieses befindet sich im Erdgeschoss) mit Wanne und eingebauter Dusche

Alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Das gesamte Anwesen, einschließlich Poolbereich und Garten, ist mit einer sehr zuverlässigen Highspeed-WLAN-Verbindung der nationalen Telefongesellschaft ausgestattet.

BRIGANTE FARMHOUSE ist eingebettet zwischen Olivenhainen und Weinbergen. Hier können Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen, während Sie am privaten Pool entspannen und ein Glas Ihres Lieblingsweins trinken. Der private Garten ist sehr gepflegt, während vor dem Haus eine Pergola vor der Sommerhitze schützt, während Sie ein leckeres Essen genießen.

Ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen 10 x 5 m großen Pool mit Liegestühlen und einem schattigen Bereich mit Sofa und Sessel.

BRIGANTE FARMHOUSE vereint Gemütlichkeit und Einfachheit des Interieurs und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern oder für eine Gruppe von Senioren. Genießen Sie die Ruhe, die dieser Ort ausstrahlt und lassen Sie uns wissen, was Ihnen in Ihrem toskanischen Urlaub am besten gefallen hat.

Auf der Rückseite des Hauses steht gegen Aufpreis ein zusätzlicher Heuboden mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche zur Verfügung. Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 zusätzliche Gäste, sodass eine Gruppe von 8 Personen problemlos untergebracht werden kann. Der Heuboden wird nicht separat vom Haupthaus gemietet, so dass die Privatsphäre niemals beeinträchtigt wird.

Die Mietpreise für den Heuboden betragen:
Juli und August 740 Euro wöchentlich
September und Juni 540 Euro wöchentlich
April, Mai und Oktober 440 Euro pro Woche
Nebensaison 400 Euro wöchentlich

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Haus über eine 1 km lange unbefestigte Landstraße erreichbar ist und daher nicht für Sportwagen oder ein Auto mit niedriger Federung oder mit nervösen Fahrern geeignet ist.

Der Check-in ist zwischen 15:00 und 20:00 Uhr möglich. Ein später Check-in ist gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 50 Euro bis 23:00 Uhr möglich, zuzüglich 25 Euro pro Stunde für jede weitere Stunde.

Excellent stay in a wonderful villa, very well equipped and clean. The weather wasn’t great, but the views of Lucca and the area were still amazing. The road to the villa is the only downside to the whole experience, you definitely need a decent car

What a wonderful time we had in Marco's home. He was charming and we felt privileged to be able to stay in his amazing house. Couldn't have wished for a more perfect week and it was worth the wait! Really appreciate how brilliant Lucca Apartments and Villas were in helping us postpone our booking for 2 summers because of Covid and Daniela was delightful showing us our new home for the week. Breathtaking view over Lucca

We had a wonderful time at Villa Brigante. The journey is a bit adventurous, but easily manageable unless you use a sports car.... o)

The view of the Lucca valley is breathtaking! The villa has a very special charm and is well equipped. The pool is fantastic and the entire grounds are in a well-maintained condition, which is not easy considering the size. Compliments and greetings to Marco, the owner, who takes great care of everything and is always approachable.

If we go to the Lucca region again, Villa Brigante will definitely be "our house" again.

A perfect home for the perfect Italy experience

We brought our family of four to to this beautifully renovated farmhouse for a monthlong visit. Marco the owner was wonderful, ensuring our visit was confortable and available whenever we needed during our stay. The house is beautiful, as is the surrounding property. The views speak for themselves and are breathtaking. The home is about a fifteen minute drive to downtown Lucca. The road gets pretty rough for the final kilometer of the drive to he house so be prepared for some bumps - we rented a modest sized Volkswagen car for our trip and it handled the road fine.

Overall a great property - best for familiesthose wanting some space and privacy during the visit.

Brigante Villa exceeded expectations

This 300-year old villa sits over 900 vertical feet above the city of Lucca and has a stunning view. The villa has been updated with all modern kitchen and bath facilities, has a washer, a charcoal grill and a wood fired pizza oven! The beds were comfortable and the closet/drawer/shelf space ample. The pool and the lanai area adjacent were beautiful and comfortable. We asked the rental agent to provide us with dinner for our first night there, and were very pleased with both the food and the wine provided at a very reasonable price. The owner came to the Villa to meet us on our second day, and he was happy to tell us about the villa and his family. We cooked dinner almost every night and ate at the outdoor dining area watching the lights of Lucca twinkle. While there, don't miss a cooking class with Chef Paulo Monti! These classes were superb and lots of fun. The food was great too.

2 weeks after our return from our stay at Lucca I would like to say thank you for all. We`ve spend a lovely time at your houses and garden. The children had many hours at the very nice pool and we adults enjoyed the nice countryside and towns of tuscany. Our family just returned from an amazing trip to Lucca, Italy. We rented this beautiful farmhouse ("Brigante") near the city. The owners, Marco & Stephania Critti are wonderful people! They were hospitable, kind and very easy to work with. Stephania and her mother prepared wonderful meals for us during our stay which we will always remember! If we return to Lucca, we will stay here!!! The home is very well appointed and really reflects the years of care and hard work that made it what it is today! Grazie famiglia Critti!

Perfect for a peaceful relaxing vacation.

A beautiful secluded setting with fantastic views for a perfect peaceful relaxing vacation. The farmhouse was very traditional and rustic with all the modern comforts you would expect and need. Marco the owner was very charming, helpful and friendly. It was delightful to hear from Marco about the history of the farmhouse and see the photos of his renovation. Just be aware the access road is steep and narrow in places.

PARADISE IN TUSCANY

This home in the hills above Lucca is a peaceful paradise. One of the most peaceful places I have ever been to. Huge yard and surrounding area to explore, not to mention the hiking, running and cycling available right out your front door. The home was perfect and very clean. Aside from a few groceries we had everything we needed to enjoy most of our meals here and with the help of the weather spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the warm sun during the days, beautiful evenings and amazing views of the valleys below as well as the stars above. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive from check in to check out and everything went seamlessly. If you are looking for a spot that feels like home away from home this place is for you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
