If we needed help with anything in the house, garden, pool, kitchenanything else, they responded immediately. Martina helped us with all our requests and it was like having a concierge available throughout the stay. Recommendations, bookings of restaurants, transportation, private chef and much more was taken care of with immediate response. No task was too smalltoo big. Our stay could not have been any better.

Beautiful property in a well situation location in Tuscany with plenty of easy to get to places like Florence, Lucca, Pisa & San Gimignano. The many rooms were all en suite and were spacious and well equipped. Perfect place for a multiple family vacamehr anzeigen
Beautiful property in a well situation location in Tuscany with plenty of easy to get to places like Florence, Lucca, Pisa & San Gimignano. The many rooms were all en suite and were spacious and well equipped. Perfect place for a multiple family vacationa wedding weekend. The pool was huge and the outdoor sitting/eating areas were plentiful. The property owners live in a large house connected to the property so they are around when needed and tend to the garden and pool. What made the stay even better was Martina, the manager and concierge of the property who helped immensely and was very friendly! There is room for improvement in certain areas of the property but it seems these will be addressed for future guests.

Fabulous villa with an extremely helpful and informative host, Martina. The setting is gorgeous, not far from Lucca and Florence and close to the Autostrada and to the train station so everything was easy to reach! The villa is beautifully furnished mehr anzeigen
Fabulous villa with an extremely helpful and informative host, Martina. The setting is gorgeous, not far from Lucca and Florence and close to the Autostrada and to the train station so everything was easy to reach! The villa is beautifully furnished and had everything, we as a group, could have wished for. A beautiful pool area, lovely outdoor dining area and of quiet places to retreat to. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom and they are all very comfortable. As this was our first holiday together since covid we spent much of our time relaxing and catching up. We also visited Forte dei Marmi a very up market seaside resort, and went for an aperitivo and shopping in the nearby Montecatini We were sad to leave and wished we'd had more time to explore more of the area. We will return and Villa Per Sempe will be our first choice of accommodation. Many thanks to Martina for making our post covid reunion so special and successful.
