Einen Urlaub in einem alten Bauernhaus in der Toskana zu verbringen, ist die perfekte Lösung, wenn Sie einen erholsamen Aufenthalt erleben möchten, bei dem Sie nicht nur großartige Städte mit Kunsterbe besuchen, sondern auch die Schönheit einer einzigartigen Landschaft entdecken können ist die toskanische Landschaft mit ihren sanften grünen Hügeln, Zypressen und Landhäusern aus Stein. Am Ufer des Flusses Serchio ist im vergangenen Sommer ein neues Ferienhaus entstanden: VILLA SUL FIUME. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um wunderbare Wanderungen zu unternehmen und wunderschöne Orte und atemberaubende Aussichten zu entdecken. Dieses wundervolle und luxuriöse Landhaus aus Naturstein befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist von einem riesigen italienischen Garten umgeben. Trotzdem ist es nur wenige Schritte von den MAUERN VON LUCCA entfernt (ein einfacher 10-minütiger Spaziergang). Dieses Bauernhaus wurde sorgfältig renoviert, wobei der Charme einer alten toskanischen Landvilla mit traditioneller Balkendecke, flachen Terrakotta-Fliesen und Steinwänden erhalten blieb. Darüber hinaus zeichnet sich die VILLA SUL FIUME durch einen großzügigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnraum aus.
Das Erdgeschoss der VILLA SUL FIUME zeichnet sich durch eine großzügige Diele mit Gästebad aus. Auf der rechten Seite finden Sie eine große Küche und ein voll ausgestattetes Esszimmer mit Fernseher. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa und einem riesigen Kamin.
Der erste Stock ist komplett klimatisiert und jedes Schlafzimmer hat seine Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und 1 Zweibettzimmer. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich auch zwei geräumige Badezimmer.
Die Veranda des Bauernhauses ist in zwei verschiedene Bereiche unterteilt: Der erste befindet sich vor der Küche und hat einen Esstisch für 8 Personen, während der zweite nur ein Entspannungsbereich mit einem Sofa, einigen Sesseln und einem Tisch ist. Diese Platzierung ermöglicht es den Menschen, jede Hausecke optimal zu nutzen.
Der Garten des Bauernhauses hat eine Fläche von 10.000 Quadratmetern mit einem Olivenhain und einer Wiese mit Obstbäumen, wie einem Walnussbaum, einem Haselbaum, einem Pfirsichbaum, einem Apfelbaum und einem Birnbaum. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien mit Kindern und ermöglicht einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Urlaub inmitten der Natur. Trotzdem ist dieses Bauernhaus nur wenige Schritte vom historischen Zentrum von Lucca entfernt.

We recently stayed for 1 week and have no complaints about the Villa. The grounds are huge, much bigger than the photos suggest, but also secure and private which is perfect for children.

The location was brilliant being only a 15 min walk to the centre of Lucca but also only a short drive to lovely hill top villages. Highlight of our stay. The weather was extremely warm while we were there, the air conditioning in each bedroom was key to getting a good nights rest.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in and around Lucca. |

Enjoyed a full week in this house during second week of October. It was such a pleasure. The house is wonderful with great rooms and we made all our dinners in the huge kitchen. The pool was off course cold at this time but we still jumped in every dmehr anzeigen
Enjoyed a full week in this house during second week of October. It was such a pleasure. The house is wonderful with great rooms and we made all our dinners in the huge kitchen. The pool was off course cold at this time but we still jumped in every day. Distance to Lucca is about 15 min. walk but what you get from staying a bit outside the walls of Lucca is more silent surroundings. The late afternoons on the terrace with mist and sun sets were amazing. The park was lit by outside lamps and looked just great.
