Das 130 m² große Ferienhaus liegt inmitten eines weitläufigen 5000 m² großen Grundstücks, umgeben von einer wunderschönen Waldlandschaft. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre ruhige Lage und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die Behaglichkeit und Komfort vereint.
Im Inneren erwartet Sie ein voll ausgestattetes Zuhause mit zwei gemütlichen Schlafzimmern, ausgestattet mit je einem Doppelbett. Zwei moderne Duschbäder sorgen für ausreichend Privatsphäre. Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft nur wenige Fahrminuten von Lucca entfernt. Die ganze Anlage und das Haus sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigsten ausgestattet und verfügt zudem über private Parkplätze, welche mit auf mehr anzeigen
Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft nur wenige Fahrminuten von Lucca entfernt. Die ganze Anlage und das Haus sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigsten ausgestattet und verfügt zudem über private Parkplätze, welche mit auf dem Gelände sind (das Tor kann man abschließen). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Our tips around the area: - if you don’t want to drive to Lucca center, a bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Bus takes 15min to Lucca - next to the bus stop is a small bakery with lovely croissants and sweet pastrys, also gelato One thing that surprised us was that a busy road is quite close by, so you might hear some noises from it. But nothing huge. It didn’t bother us that much. Also there were some kitchen utilities missing, but the host took our suggestion very nicely and probably bought it to the villa already. |

We spent 12 days in Tuscany and used the villa as our base.
The villa was set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a view of the mountains, lots of land, it’s own private drive and gated entry, and above ground pool.

The inside of the villa was thoughtfully and elegantly furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There were cleaning materials and basic cooking ingredients and a number of supermarkets were a short drive away. Monica, our host, was very communicative and provided us with plenty of information before arrival and on the day, and left an information pack with hints and tips in it, places to eat and see, and local rules etc. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would come back and recommend to all! |

It was nice to have 2 bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and kitchen big enough for easy cooking. We enjoyed evenings/ supper on the terrace with the sweet scent of the flowers around. Excellent coffee Shop/ Bakery just around the corner and an interesting Restaurant/Pizzeria over the street. Bus stop at the Bakery with Busses to Lucca and Pisa once in an hour. |
