It looks exactly like the pictures - beautiful furniture and tasteful decoration everywhere inside a historic Italian house, almost like a film set. The place is quiet spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people. The view is a bit limited by surrounding buildings, but still very nice to sit outside on the spacious garden. Overall it was very quiet and you have a high level of privacy. Location in Lucca is also great, because it is away from the busier center. We parked at Parcheggio Palatucci Parking (1€/hour 8-20h) which is 7min walking. Since Lucca isnt too big, everything is in walking distance anyway. In the morning go to Cafe Ristretto, in the evening Trattoria Canuleia. We loved it and will try to come back next year! |

L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de Lucca, avec ses charmantes ruelles, ses boutiques artisanales et ses restaurants typiques. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et attentifs, fournissant d’excellentes recommandations sur les choses à voir et à faire dans la région. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The kitchen/dining area was more than adequate and very well stocked with nice dishes and plenty of utensils. Having outdoor space is great and the courtyard here was outstanding. Beautiful trellises and we were fortunate to see an abundance of cream colored roses. The whole property is well cared for and maintained. Casa Vanny is very well located and the management is very responsive. I do not hesitate to recommend.

Additionally, the location was convenient and fantastic for getting anywhere within the walls, steps away from shopping and restaurants. My only comment is that the apartment had a significant number of stone stairs throughout the space, which made it a bit challenging for our toddler and would be challenging for an older individual. However, overall the space and the host were absolutely wonderful!

The photos make this place look stunning, and they don't do it justice. Located within a tranquil, beautiful courtyard (as part of the booking), the living space is clean, spacious, very comfortable, and chic. The connected kitchen space is very wellmehr anzeigen

Located within a tranquil, beautiful courtyard (as part of the booking), the living space is clean, spacious, very comfortable, and chic. The connected kitchen space is very well equipped (you'd struggle to think of anything you need that isn't there), as well as looking fresh and modern. Both bedrooms have a huge amount of storage space, large comfortable beds, and are decorated sensitively and stylishly. The larger has an ensuite toilet room. There are two bathrooms - the first has a deep bath, plus a walk-in shower, and the second is a shower-room (off the mirrored area with the writing desk - the mirrors hide the washing machine and other equipment) with a very large walk-in rain-shower that can fit at least three people. The road outside is as quiet as you'll find in a city like Lucca - the area is quieter, and the welcome was warm with clear, easy instructions.

Our highlights included bicycling in the countryside with a guide and bikes from Chrono, running the half marathon, walking on the old streets, playgrounds with the grandchildren, playing and resting in the private walled garden, bicycling the city walls, wine tours, taking our grandchildren on the carousel and for gelato, and delicious restaurant meals. The apartment exceeded our expectations and is very conveniently located. It was clean, the kitchen is very well-equipped, and we highly recommend staying here. Grazie mille.

Bedrooms were very comfortable in terms of linens, bedding, temperature. The photos on the Lucca Apartments and Villas website truly represent how attractive the apartment is. Note that there are stairs that separate the rooms. The apartment is in a great location within the walls of Lucca - very private, but close to everything. We felt very safe in the apartment and its surrounding area. The private garden was exceptional - charming, lovely - with fruit trees, trellises, seating areas. One of our favorite things was to listen to the water fountains, the birds, and piano music from the other apartments. The staff who greeted us and followed up with us during our stay were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable, we truly would have liked to stay another week. |

We had a wonderful stay here. Lucca was our most favorite place in all of Europe that we saw and this place was in the best location.
The big garden was amazing, loved the lemon plants and the furniture were incredible.

Manuel was our host and had so much local information to share. I should mention that we had originally planned our trip for 2020, and the agency was wonderful to work with us on rebooking as our post-Covid plans developed from the US. The location was great, far enough away from the masses of tourists but close enough to walk to the 'hot spots' Amphiteatre square', 'antique market' and much more. We loved wandering the narrow streets close to the apartment, dicovering the small eateries and enjoying the quieter side of Lucca. Beautiful violin player outside magnificant church and just the four of us.... magical. The bus terminal is aprox 5 mins walk away, great for daily trips. We found the apartment impeccably clean and all appliances were first class including the high speed wi-fi. The added bonus with Lucca Apartments and Villas it is their way to welcome their guests and the true Italian hospitality. Manuel and Chiara are great comunicators, emailing us to let us know there was a train and bus strike. Chiara having shown us everthing about the apartment, took us to the open markets and around Lucca on her way to home, she really treated us like family. Our memories of Lucca will always include their very warm welcome. It is often people that make difference between a holiday and a great holiday experience.

Casa Giustina is a stylish apartment located on the ground floor of an antique palace along a central quiet street inside the walls of Lucca.
The apartment has all modern comforts and a beautiful view over a lovely 'secret' garden. The accommodation features a WIFI Internet connection, a satellite TV and it's air conditioned.

The apartment offers a comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to four guests. It features a spacious double bedroom with a king size bed, where you can rest and relax. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a built-in shower that is very large and has a little window overlooking the garden. The living room is cosy and inviting, with a double sofa bed that can sleep two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a freezer, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a 4 ring stove.
The closest Parking Cittadella is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers).
