Lovely apartment, looks just like the photos. The air conditioning was great and cooled quickly. It would have been nice to have had a microwave. The only TV is up a flight of stairs in the living room. Adding another TV on the main floor would be grmehr anzeigen

We really enjoyed the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Especially appreciated were the well- eqipped kitchen, the abundance of nice wooden hangars and spacious closets, the beautiful views, the comfortable bed, and the elevator. I feel like mehr anzeigen
We really enjoyed the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Especially appreciated were the well- eqipped kitchen, the abundance of nice wooden hangars and spacious closets, the beautiful views, the comfortable bed, and the elevator. I feel like taking an elevator is almost cheating, but it was really nice not to have to go up all those steps - I think 90- when you needed to run up to grab something. The apt is a nice base location to explore the city. There's a little bar across the street that gets noisy at night, but the bedroom is on the other side of the apt and quiet. We felt the bar added ambience to our stay and it was fun to look out our high window and feel part of the crowd. Be aware that there are no food basics in the kitchen, i.e., salt, pepper, coffee, snacks. Not a problem as you can find everything close by. We loved Tutto Per La Casa, which was right across the street and really had everything for the house!

Das Mietobjekt befindet sich im ZTL-Gebiet (verkehrsberuhigte Zone, zugänglich nur für ständige Bewohner und Personen mit Sondergenehmigung) und bietet keine Parkplätze auf dem Gelände.
Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz Mazzini befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Mietobjekt entfernt. Daher ist es wichtig, das Auto dort abzustellen, bevor Sie die Wohnung erreichen. Wenn Sie den Verkehrsschildern folgen, können Sie den ZTL-Bereich meiden, während Sie zum Parkplatz fahren.
Wir weisen alle Gäste freundlich darauf hin, dass es sich bei dem Mietobjekt um ein Selbstversorgerobjekt handelt, sodass hotelähnliche Dienstleistungen gesetzlich ausgeschlossen sind (Empfang, Bewachung der Unterkunft, Bereitstellung von Speisen und Getränken, tägliche Reinigung und Wäschewechsel, Transfers).
