Casa Opera is a superb apartment, located on the ground floor of an elegant building built in the year 1570, in the most quiet area, just in front of the Cathedral of San Martino and the Church of San Giovanni, in the heart of Lucca town centre. The apartment has been recently restored to an exceptionally high-quality standard. The location is superb and the apt is very bright. The living room has TV with international channels, DVD player and CD player with classical music cds and very elegant furnishing. There is a very large fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 4 ring stoves, freezer, refrigerator. A separate laundry room is equipped with clothes washer and dryer, iron and board.The night area offers 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms (1 with jacuzzi tub and 1 with shower).Late Check-in after 8.00pm is possible on request with a fee of 50 euros, to be paid in cash on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros.LAYOUT:The apartment is situated on the ground floor (there are 3 steps at the entrance); laundry room; living-room, dining room with a corner kitchen; twin beds room; bathroom (bathtub); master bedroom; bathroom (shower).The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.The closest Parking Cittadella is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). For such reason any additional service can be provided on request and with the collaboration of external qualified partners and charged accordingly.
