The apartment is in a secure gated development, with easy access to the city walls for walks, playgrounds, and also only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and bars. We visited with our two children (1 and 3) and they loved the space. The outdoor space was secure for them too. Communication was great from Chiara and Elizabeth, from the moment we enquired. Even meeting us to guide us into the car parking garage. (Free underground parking within the city walls was a great addition.) A very detailed welcome book with local information was gratefully received too. We'd love to come back or book again with Lucca apartments and villas!

And you are at the best location. From here you can explore Lucca and its surroundings all by foot. For electric cars there is a 22kW charger right in front of the garage. The communication with the host was very quick and friendly, even for restaurant suggestions. We'll be back! |

We couldn’t figure out how to hook our phones up to the speaker system so maybe some written guidance to the operation of the technology and how to sort the garbage might be helpful for future guests. Honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate with this place. I feel like we had the best apartment in the whole city. Completely in love with Tuscany now.

We loved the location because we had easy access to both the wall - a must do in Lucca - and town. The apartment is so visually stunning that it is featured in Architectural Digest. Chiara met us promptly at the apartment on arrival and departure. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. A great stay and we would love to return someday.
