La proprietà è stata recentemente ristrutturata con cura e attenzione, e oggi questa dimora storica vanta un arredamento sofisticato e quattro camere da letto con spazio per otto amici e familiari.
La villa è situata tra giardini estesi piantati con rosmarino, fiori selvatici e persino verdure. Lasciate che il profumo delle erbe e del sole toscano vi avvolga mentre vi rilassate sul patio esterno o sotto la pergola, e quando cala la sera, servite gli aperitivi in una delle aree per il pranzo all'aperto mentre il barbecue si riscalda. Dopo una giornata di visite turistiche, stendetevi nei boschi all'interno della proprietà o semplicemente condividete le vostre foto preferite tramite Wi-Fi.
Un recente restauro ha valorizzato il carattere autentico di questo lussuoso affitto per vacanze, donandogli un aspetto moderno. Pavimenti in cotto, soffitti a travi, finestre con persiane e camini in pietra conferiscono un'atmosfera calda e tradizionale ai due salotti, alla cucina e alla sala da pranzo formale. Puoi persino guidare fino a Pisa in 15 minuti o fino alla spiaggia in 25 minuti, o addirittura fino alle Cinque Terre in meno di un'ora. Lucca is a 7 minute drive away with great parking to explore the city. La Cecca restaurant is within easy walking distance, with an excellent choice of local foods. Walking back when it is dark you are escorted by the fireflies twinkling like fairy lights. From the terrace you over look the mountains that surround Lucca, stunning views which included watching birds of prey flying above and the call and glimpses of a Hoopoe. Highly recommend the property. |

The terrace is east facing which I can imagine in the height of summer is perfect, however, it would be nice to have another terrace that catches the evening sun.
Bannisters on the stairs would help for people that have reduced mobility.

The agency, the landlord and the Villa manager Mariangela were just amazing people, full of attention to our needs and kind. They gave us also little presents for our staying. Me and my boyfriend will always keep this memory of the vacation as one of the best ever done. The location also is strategic If you want to visit Tuscany cause Lucca is very closed to Pisa and all the Versilia coast and 1 hour from Florence. I really suggest you to spend your vacation at Villa Viola! We will defenitely will back. |

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this luxurious villa in the country side. We were so torn between wanting to explore the Tuscany area and just relaxing with a glass of wine and the incredible view on the verandah. The villa had everything we could wish for - felt like we were back home. Staying in a Tuscany villa has been a life long dream of mine and we could not have chosen a better place to make this dream come true. I was really sad to leave this amazing place.

Se la tua vacanza italiana da sogno si svolge vicino a vigneti e uliveti, non cercare oltre Villa Magnolie. Incastonata nelle dolci colline appena fuori Lucca, nella frazione di Vorno, la casa con cinque camere da letto offre spettacolari vedute della valle intorno a Vorno - una posizione privilegiata a soli 5 km dal centro storico di Lucca - e un'atmosfera rustica incantevole.
La Villa dispone di ampi spazi all'aperto, perfetti per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche o dopo una passeggiata tra vecchi casolari in pietra e chiese antiche. Un ampio giardino italiano con area relax offre una vista dominante sul paesaggio, così come l'area pranzo. Un barbecue e un'area per pranzi all'aperto vi permettono di godervi il tramonto durante la cena.
All'interno, rilassatevi con un bicchiere di vino e godetevi una cucina tradizionale autentica del XVI secolo, restaurata con elettrodomestici moderni, mentre ognuna delle cinque camere da letto di Villa Magnolie è dotata di aria condizionata per un sonno confortevole anche nel pieno dell'estate.
Nelle vicinanze, è un tragitto di 3 minuti per i mercati locali, negozi di alimentari, bar, cantina e ristoranti di pizza/barbecue, mentre il ristorante 'A Bimbotto' con le sue ricette tradizionali è a portata di passeggiata. Un tragitto di 9 minuti vi porta a Lucca, mentre un tragitto di 20/25 minuti vi conduce al centro storico di Pisa, all'aeroporto di Pisa e alle spiagge toscane. Firenze e l'aeroporto di Firenze sono a soli 45 minuti di distanza.
