COTTAGE NANNI è una di quelle case coloniche in Toscana che promettono un romanticismo e un relax senza sforzo.
Gode di un'incantevole ambientazione rustica a breve distanza a piedi dal villaggio di PESCIA. L'aria intorno alla proprietà è profumata di cipressi e ulivi che crescono in abbondanza nei suoi giardini terrazzati recintati.
All'interno, la cucina di campagna è splendidamente decorata con mobili tradizionali, travi in legno e una parete in terracotta ricca di colori. Le pareti e le superfici del comodo soggiorno accanto sono rivestite di belle arti e oggetti antichi. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso collegata al soggiorno e una meravigliosa veranda con suggestive viste sul giardino completano la casa.
La casa ha un ulteriore ripostiglio.
Un ampio portico accessibile dalla cucina e dal soggiorno è arredato come zona pranzo e seduta all'aperto e fornisce l'accesso, tramite un ponte in legno, a una rinfrescante piscina immersa nel verde e nei fiori.
La casa colonica si trova nella tenuta di un'antica villa dove la Contessa Signora Letizia è felice di incontrare gli ospiti e, su richiesta, è in grado di organizzare corsi di cucina e cene a domicilio. La casa colonica è completamente climatizzata e una connessione WIFI molto affidabile è fornita dalla compagnia telefonica nazionale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con un'ampia gamma di utensili da cucina e elettrodomestici: un paradiso per gli amanti del cibo!
È nei terreni che si prova la sensazione del romanticismo e di un riposo disinvolto. Una breve passeggiata attraverso lavanda profumata e querce ti porta in un'area di giardino meravigliosamente ampia con vista sul verde.

De accomodatie was top,zeer proper en van alles voorzien rustige ligging. Lucca op 20km, Montecarlo heel pittoresk dorpje op 5km.

It was the perfect distance to allow for easy day trips to Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and MonteCarlo. The train station is 5 minutes away allowing for an easy trip to Cinque Terre. The hosts were friendly and more than willing to drive me to and from the train station. Highly recommend getting a car to explore the area. I think Cottage Nanni was a magical place and perfect for a respite in Tuscany.

It is a 30 min drive from a town called Lucca, which I also loved. It has beautiful shops and scenery - that I would recommend exploring. Florence is about an hour drive away and there is also a great grocery store 6 min away. We stayed four days in this lovely space and I didn’t want to leave!! I highly recommend this spot to anyone who prefers not to be in the hustle bustle of the city and is looking for a beautifully Tuscan hideaway. Will definitely go back!

We were happy to be able to park easily and to come and go through locked gate - very secure. Pescia is a great location for day trips through Tuscany. We did all Cinque Terre one day and did a full trip through Chianti region as well on another day. It was easy to drive to Lucca and park to visit the walled city. The host and the owner were very helpful and nice. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to visit this part of Italy. We WILL be coming back!

The location is perfect for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence etc. All in all it’s a really cute house with a nice sunny terrace and beautiful details all over the house. Reading a few of the earlier reviews... the parking spot is absolutely fine and no problem to get in and out (at all)

The Villa is completely private, tasteful and stylish and perfectly located to explore Tuscany, we did day trips to Pisa, Florence, Siena and even Venice although 2.5hr drive away). The local town of Pescia is very sleepy however had all the amenities you require, a great supermarket is less than a 10mi walk as is the train station. If you are looking for a romantic break for two in Tuscany, you honestly need look no further. Plus I resd a few negative comments around the gate and parking, I had absolutely no issue parking at all in quite a big car.

Before making the reservation, I read the comments. The comment that the cottage is in the middle of an industrial area is very much exagerated. OK, Pescia is not San GimignanoSiena, but then you can have 2 huge Aperol Spritz in the town center with cheese and nuts for €5, which is not imaginable in San Gimignano. From the garden and terrace you don’t see anything of this industry. The cottage is set in a wonderful big garden with the Tuscan hills in the back. The remark about the difficult parking possibility is not really correct either. OK, it needs a bit of a manoeuvre to have the car parked the way you can get out easily afterwards again, but you have plenty of time to get in and out. The remark about the owner who only speaks Italian may be true, but that adds only to the genuine experience. Moreover there is always someone of the agency to contact for questions. Up to you to learn a few words of Italian ! For us the cottage was a wonderful piece of heaven. Interior was decorated with so much, perfectly Italian, style. Interior big and the terrace even bigger in a marvelous private garden. We even saw deer there. Ok, the pool is not big, but then you have your own private small pool, which in time of Covid is worth a lot.

I looked far and wide for a place to stay that would fit into my idea of Tuscany. When I saw this cottage, I loved how it was Tuscan but also very modern and knew we had to stay here. It is so tastefully decorated and is exactly as pictured. The location is in a smaller town about half hour train ride from Lucca and one hour train ride from Florence. We stayed here as a base for exploring Lucca and Florence, then moved on to a road trip of the rest of Tuscany. We had a car, but we could have easily gotten around by foot and train since the station is about a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Everything was very clean, and there were a lot of useful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, towels, robe, washer, water, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a modern Tuscan stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at this unique little villa. The photos accurately portray the space, although it was darker inside than the photos show. It was very, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The outside space is magical and the kitchen was equipped with everything, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill. The listing is managed by Sidrak, there is another person who is there to introduce you to the countess, who greeted us warmly but within a few minutes asked when we were leaving and if we could leave an hour before the posted check-out time. Then she left, and the other woman gives you the guided tour and lots of helpful advice for where to go etc. The pool is tiny and above ground as others have noted but we enjoyed in nonetheless and had lovely evening swims that were memorable. There is a lovely dog on the property and few adorable cats too. We hope to be back one day!

Dalla terrazza soleggiata di Sospirata Farmhouse, situata tra gli uliveti, si possono ammirare le vedute dell'energica città di Pescia e dell'rigoglioso territorio vinicolo toscano. In circa 15 minuti di auto, è possibile raggiungere negozi locali, enoteche, panetterie, gelaterie, ristoranti e l'intera città medievale che vanta una delle architetture più raffinate della Toscana.
All'interno, un design contemporaneo crea un'atmosfera leggera e ariosa. Soffitti a travi, muri in pietra e accenti in legno levigato completano una varietà di arredi lussuosi e accoglienti. Ampie pareti vetrate lasciano entrare un'abbondanza di luce naturale, illuminando lo spazio open-concept, l'arredamento moderno e gli oggetti vivaci che impreziosiscono gli interni. Cosa c'è di meglio di un caffè appena preparato sulla terrazza riparata per iniziare la giornata? Ai margini del patio, ulivi e alberi da frutta ondeggiano nella brezza mite. Nulla è più rilassante alla fine di una giornata piena di avventure che gustare un pasto all'aperto con una saporita bottiglia di vino.
La casa è raggiungibile tramite una strada stretta e in salita, lunga circa 1,5 km, con alcune curve strette a gomito. Potrebbe non essere adatta a guidatori nervosi. Ma non fatevi impressionare, perché ne vale davvero la pena; e dopo la prima salita diventerete subito pratici (si prega di vedere la foto nella galleria). L'area di parcheggio non è favorevole ad accogliere veicoli lunghi.
Suggeriamo agli ospiti di arrivare entro le 16:00, soprattutto in inverno, poiché la natura stretta e tortuosa della strada può rendere la guida dopo il buio più difficile e potenzialmente pericolosa.
In considerazione della posizione e della disposizione della proprietà, consigliamo gentilmente che potrebbe non essere adatta a famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Si prega di notare che Sospirata è un rifugio tranquillo, immerso nella natura, e potrebbe capitare di incontrare occasionalmente gatti amichevoli provenienti dalle proprietà vicine che girano liberamente. Questi gatti non appartengono a Sospirata, ma a volte visitano i terreni. Pertanto, potrebbe non essere adatto a ospiti con allergie agli animali.
