Palazzo Giusti è un'incantevole dimora immersa nel cuore verde di Pescaglia, un'oasi di tranquillità circondata da una lussureggiante foresta. Questa splendida proprietà si estende su un ampio terreno di 1500 mq, offrendo uno spazio abitativo di 600 mq che può ospitare comodamente fino a 16 persone.
La casa vanta 7 camere da letto con 9 posti letto, suddivisi in 7 letti matrimoniali e 2 letti singoli, garantendo comfort e privacy per ogni ospite. Ben 8 bagni, di cui 6 con doccia e 2 con vasca, assicurano un'esperienza di soggiorno estremamente comoda e funzionale.
La cucina completamente attrezzata è un vero punto di forza, con due spazi indipendenti dotati di ogni comfort: frigorifero, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè, forno, lavastoviglie, microonde e molto altro. Gli amanti del relax apprezzeranno il camino e la possibilità di utilizzare il ferro da stiro.
All'esterno, un giardino privato di 40 mq offre un'area perfetta per momenti di svago, con arredi da giardino, barbecue e una terrazza che si affaccia su una vista mozzafiato tra montagne, piscina e giardino. La piscina privata di 14x5 metri è un ulteriore fiore all'occhiello della proprietà.
La posizione è strategica: a soli 25 km dalle spiagge di Forte dei Marmi e Viareggio, 25 km da Lucca, e con numerose attrazioni nelle vicinanze come il Canyon Park, il Lago di Vagli e i ristoranti locali. Perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza immersa nella natura, ma vicina a importanti centri turistici.
Da notare che la struttura non accetta animali e gruppi di giovani, e il fumo è vietato all'interno. Il parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze offre 10 posti auto, rendendo Palazzo Giusti un'opzione ideale per soggiorni in famiglia o con gruppi di amici.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy good wine and food with friendsfamily. The villa is pretty remote so I would highly recommend getting a car, otherwise getting to and from the villa is almost impossible unless a car service is booked far in advance. Do not rely on getting a taxi. However, the remoteness adds to the beauty of the villa so not necessarily a bad thing just good to plan ahead.

The town the villa is in is very cute and has a lot of character. We thoroughly enjoyed the ability to day trip to a variety of places including Florence, Cinque Terre and Vineyards around Tuscany. The Villa was clean, beautiful and the host Oliwia made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing week. We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa!

We were an extended family of 17 persons aged from 8 – 78 years who rented Palazzo Giusti for 10 days. We had a happy and relaxed time at the property, and it catered for all the different needs of the group. The palace is a very charming historical building which is modernized and well kept, clean, spacious and well equipped. Both pools were in frequent use by large parts of the group and are also well maintained and clean. The internal backyard is perfect for both breakfast and evening meals. The barbecue area by the one pool is also great and well equipped. The location is about 30 minutes from Lucca and the area is beautiful. The altitude of around 500 meter above sea level provides some respite from the July heat. Evenings were very nice, and the rooms that needed it in the house had fans that made the nights comfortable. Nearby restaurants provide a wide variety of good options for meals and there are sufficient possibilities in a reasonable distance to do necessary food shopping for a large group. Pescaglia is a very picturesque, friendly and quiet village. There is only one small shop, but it offers an impressive variety of groceries. The bar next door to the shop is perfect for an afternoon aperitivo. We also visited Lucca, Florence and Pisa during the stay, which is easy from this location if you have a carby train from the station about 10-12 minutes by car from the palazzo. We also went for a river trekking in the nearby Lima valley - very popular with the young ones as well as adults. (Rockonda.it ensured a nice cool day in the river). We would also like to mention the service provided by Oliwia on our arrival and during the stay. She was positive and helpful with tips locally and quickly solved the minor issues we had during the stay.

Prima wäre eine Unterstützung bei der Müllentsorgung. Auch die vielen Fliegen in der Küche waren lästig. Auch sind die Zimmer von sehr unterschiedlicher Qualität. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zu den Vorzügen des Palazzo.

The palazzo was fantastic, luxury accomodation. Our group had a wonderful stay, large and comfortable bedrooms, living area was large and Beautifully decorated. The kitchen had all amenities and a Beautiful back terrasse. Our host Oliwia was easy to get contact with and helpful with everything. We would love to have a trip back sometime. Some of our group chose to not rent a Car but så this was a neccesity for the area. Beautiful accomodations and very good service on all levels🤩
