La proprietà vanta una splendida infinity pool con idromassaggio, verande coperte arredate e un giardino curato che circonda l’intera abitazione.

DESCRIZIONE INTERNI
L’ingresso privato conduce a una corte con zona verde e posti auto coperti. Alcuni gradini accompagnano all’ingresso principale, dove si apre un living elegante con soffitti in legno, area TV e ampie vetrate che incorniciano la vista su Tavolara. La cucina separata è completamente attrezzata con forno, microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, bollitore e tutto il necessario per preparare pasti in autonomia.
La villa, disposta su un unico livello, offre 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni: — 2 camere matrimoniali suite con bagno privato; — 1 camera doppia con letti unibili; — 1 ulteriore bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono climatizzati e dotati di arredi funzionali e finiture in stile mediterraneo.
SPAZI ESTERNI
Gli esterni sono il vero punto di forza della proprietà. La splendida piscina a sfioro con idromassaggio (4 posti) domina il panorama marino e regala momenti di puro relax. La grande veranda coperta fronte mare, arredata con tavolo da pranzo e zona lounge, è perfetta per colazioni panoramiche e cene al tramonto. Completano gli spazi una seconda veranda riparata, un giardino curato e un’area esterna ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

La posizione è ideale per esplorare le spiagge e i punti d’interesse della zona. A breve distanza si trovano Porto San Paolo (1 km), Porto Taverna, Porto Istana e le splendide spiagge di Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Coda Cavallo e Cala Suaraccia. L’Aeroporto di Olbia e il centro città distano circa 10 km, mentre la rinomata area di San Teodoro e la spiaggia di La Cinta sono raggiungibili in soli 7 km.

- La firma del contratto di locazione turistica è obbligatoria; forniamo una copia di cortesia in inglese.
CONSEGNA CHIAVI
La consegna chiavi avviene presso la Reception Klodge – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto.
RACCOLTA DIFFERENZIATA
La zona prevede raccolta differenziata porta a porta. Si richiede ai gentili ospiti di utilizzare gli appositi sacchetti e smaltire correttamente i rifiuti prima della partenza.

The villa is located in a very quiet place with a magnificent view on the sea and Tavalora Island. Looking at the sunrise is a pleasure for the eyes. Beaches are at a few minutes by car and Olbia is near as well for shopping.

The surrounding of the villa is beautiful with the very nice swimming pool, two terraces and garden. The villa itself is well equipped and tastefully decorated with also enough space for a large family. Finally the service from Klodge is top notch, thank you Alessio! Overall Villa Kiki with Klodge is highly recommended, you're sure to spend nice holidays there :-) |

The tastefully and individually furnished villa is situated in a very private, spacious garden on top of Monte Contros with an amazing view of the surrounding area including Isla Tavolara.

We loved having breakfast on the terrace in front of the villa, and dinner on the second terrace on the other side - both with fantastic views, and one of them was always in the shade. Villa Kiki has a large pool with comfortable loungers, and is very well suited for holidays with kids if they can swim. Situated close to the nice small town Porto San Paolo - 5 mins drive, and 10 mins to several beautiful beaches. Good, reliable WLAN connection. Very good service from Klodge team, super fast response time. Many thanks to Alessio. We would strongly recommend Villa Kiki and would love to come back. |

No parasol, but most of the time there was shade somewhere around the pool. The
