There a great bakery just around the corner (less than 1 min walk), easy parking for our hire car on the road outside the property. AC available in the master bedroom and living/dining space. So I stayed for a month. I am planning on going back again. It took only 30 mins to feel at home. It has everything you need. Close to train station, close to the city center (better than staying inside the city wall in my opinion). The service is amazing, a small insignificant hiccups were fixed immediately (I was surprised how quick the response was). The flat is amazingly comfortable. The balcony is large and lovely, perfect to entertain friends or just start your day with a coffee and end your evening with a glass of wine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat, a 5 -10 minute walk outside the city wall. The flat is beautifully decorated, bright colors and a lot of light. There are two terraces, one with a table and a nice view of the mountains and moon. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full size fridge. A large smart tv and good Wiffi. The Beds are comfortable and the primary bedroom and living room has AC. Nice bathrooms, and almost rooms are spacious by European standards. We loved that location, privacy, quiet and stores and restaurants close by. The flat is on the third floor with a lot of steps that we did not mind except for carrying luggage, as we are a bit older and has a lot of baggage fortunately the drivers assisted us. To our surprise, it wasn't overly crowded with tourists, allowing us to fully enjoy its beauty and tranquility.
The penthouse was a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The views from the penthouse were spectacular, making our mornings and evenings truly special. Excellent suggestions of things to do, vinery and the wine store by Fillipo. A good location to explore Pisa, Florence, Cinqe de Terre. Lucca town centre has some hidden gems so worth exploring that too. Google maps showed the directions accurately. The beds were comfy.
