LA CASINA LUXURY GARDEN HOME si trova in una posizione molto centrale all'interno delle Mura di Lucca, a 3-7 minuti a piedi sia dal Terminal degli Autobus che dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Centrale di Lucca. Un parcheggio comodo si trova a pochi passi dall'appartamento, a circa 5 minuti a piedi (addebitano 6 euro al giorno, ma è possibile acquistare un abbonamento da 50 euro per lasciare l'auto fino a 30 giorni).
L'appartamento è situato nella zona più incantevole della città - il quartiere medievale - molto comodo per tutte le attrazioni turistiche: 100 metri dalla principale via commerciale VIA FILLUNGO, 150 metri da PIAZZA SAN MICHELE, 200 metri da PIAZZA GRANDE (conosciuta anche come Piazza Napoleone) e dai Concerti del Lucca Summer Festival, 150 metri dal Teatro, 200 metri dalla Cattedrale di San Martino e dalla Torre Guinigi - una delle attrazioni più famose della città.
La proprietà era originariamente una Carrozza del 1600 ed è stata completamente ristrutturata a metà 2022 e dispone di un'ampia porzione di giardino antico con diversi angoli per mangiare e rilassarsi ammirando gli alberi centenari. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato ed è dotato della connessione wifi più affidabile fornita dalla compagnia telefonica nazionale.
L'appartamento ha una vista romantica sul giardino privato e dispone di un portico per mangiare all'esterno, nonché di un patio con divani e lettini sotto gli alberi centenari. L'appartamento è dotato di una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro da stiro e asse.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, microonde, forno a vapore, 5 fuochi, congelatore, frigorifero, un'ampia selezione di pentole e padelle con diversi utensili da cucina e stoviglie in porcellana di qualità, tostapane, macchina da caffè americana e una bollitrice. Qualsiasi cosa speciale che potrebbe essere necessaria verrà acquistata con piacere per i miei ospiti!
La TV piatta da 49 pollici nella camera da letto principale ha Amazon TV con film in inglese e un'ampia selezione di canali internazionali.

La Casina is a beautiful, luxury apartment set over two floors, with the added benefit of a stunning, private garden within the city walls of Lucca. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and equipped with quality equipment and everything you could ever need for a shorta longer stay. We stayed for only four nights, but could want for nothing and would happily visit again for a longer period of time. The apartment is very spacious with exquisite accessories, candles, chandeliers, books and ornaments. The garden was an added bonus. We could not believe that we had exclusive use of it. It was so peaceful and we loved enjoying a leisurely breakfast and freshly made coffee at the sheltered table before a day of wandering around the lovely city of Lucca. In the evening, it was fabulous to be able to sit outside in the late sunshine,by candlelight later on in the evening, enjoying a glass (or two!) of wine, listening to the birdsong and the distant hum of the city. The lemon trees, the pomegranate tree and the flowers and greenery of the garden just added to the scents, the sounds and the whole ambiance of this lovely apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect - a residential area, but right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops and bars within a very short walk. Mrs Sonia is a lovely lady who would do everything she can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is a really helpful book of information which she has put together, including everything you could wish to know about the apartment, the city and things to do in the surrounding area, including restaurants, bars, shopping, excursions, places to visit either nearbyfurther afield, transport, taxis, etc. We would return in a heartbeat. Great restaurants are close by, and Manuel and colleagues are super helpful. Washer and drying racks were great, and cooking in was easy breakfast on the patio every day. The master shower and bathtub are amazing (although second shower and bathroom are teeny tiny) and AC was a blessing. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

La Casina exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, and would be ideal for 2 couples, as well. The kitchen had all that it needed, the living/dining areas were comfortable, and the en suite bed/baths were wonderful. Asvis di più
La Casina exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, and would be ideal for 2 couples, as well. The kitchen had all that it needed, the living/dining areas were comfortable, and the en suite bed/baths were wonderful. As if that wasn’t enough, the outside courtyard area complete with another dining table and a plethora of choices for seating was beyond anything I had envisioned within the walls of Lucca. (It’s positively magical at night with the beautiful up-lighting).
But above all of the physical attributes of this lovely apartment, the service from Lucca Apartments and Villas, specifically Manuel, made our stay. His welcome, local recommendations and suggestions and service throughout the week exceeded our expectations. We endured a family tragedy whilst in Lucca and the outpouring of empathy and support from these wonderful people will never be forgotten. |

We loved staying at this location especially for the yard, the natural light, the spacious master bedroom and the number of heaters that were there during a colder time of year. We were cozy and very happy in this location. We had 4 total guests staying and although it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor table, the indoor table was the perfect size for us. It's a rare find to stay in a place with its own private outdoor space within the walls of Lucca. We really enjoyed our time here.

She recommended the transport company & they were so efficient & friendly. Sonia showed us around the apartment and gave us some extremely useful information. The staff were attentive and professional and dealt with all my enquiries. What a great service. The apartment was amazing! We even dined in on a couple of the nights because the garden was so beautiful and dreamy. We will certainly be back and most definitely be booking our next accommodation through v&a!!!

It is very easy to walk out to the many wonderful trattorias and restaurants which are close by as are the walls a 2-5 minute walk. We loved returning to to it after a busy day exploring. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained and the interior is furnished to an extremely high standard. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend and return. Lucca is a real hidden gem in Tuscany and a wonderful base to visit other parts of the region.

Sonia was also very flexible in letting us use the bikes the day of the checking out, which was very convenient. This place is strongly recommended and we would like to come back. Sonia greeted us warmly on arrival and showed us around. The space is just outstanding and feels super luxurious. The huge garden is beautiful to relax in with the sound of the fountain in the background. There were two bikes in the garden which we made good use of to explore. It was super hot when we stayed during August so the air con was very welcome. Sidrak and Sonia were on hand to answer queries within minutes and the house literally has anything you could need. Just such a beautiful place.

Great restaurants are close by, and Ms. Sonia and colleagues are super helpful. Washer and drying racks were great, and cooking in was easy breakfast on the patio every day. The master shower and bathtub are amazing (although second shower and bathroom are teeny tiny) and AC was a blessing. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

After a month of touring, we needed a luxurious retreat, and Mrs. Sonia provided it in full. Lucca is a wonderful city in and of itself, but also offers easy access to a diverse and interesting surrounding region. We found all of Mrs. Sonia’s recommendations for restaurants, activities and day trips to be right on the mark. Count us as completely satisfied visitors who left ready to return.
