L'appartamento di 90 mq è arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Dispone di un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale che garantisce un riposo confortevole. L'aria condizionata assicura un ambiente piacevole in ogni stagione, mentre il WiFi gratuito vi permetterà di rimanere sempre connessi.
La cucina completamente attrezzata è un vero punto di forza dell'appartamento. Troverete un'ampia gamma di elettrodomestici, tra cui frigorifero, forno, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, tostapane e molto altro. Potrete quindi preparare deliziosi pasti come un vero chef locale.
La posizione è semplicemente eccezionale. Siete nel centro di Lucca, a pochi passi da ristoranti, caffè e negozi. La stazione ferroviaria è a soli 850 metri, mentre i principali servizi sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Le spiagge di Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore e Forte dei Marmi sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto, così come interessanti attrazioni come il Parco di Pinocchio.

Goditi uno studio moderno al piano terra di Palazzo Busdraghi, un antico palazzo risalente al 1500 lungo Via Fillungo, la principale via dello shopping di Lucca. La posizione è molto centrale, con molti bar, ristoranti e pizzerie a pochi passi.
Lo STUDIO BUSDRAGHI si affaccia su un cortile rinascimentale che lo rende molto silenzioso e tranquillo.
Lo studio è piuttosto piccolo e la sua dimensione è di 25 mq, letteralmente un nido, e ha un divano letto. E' fornito di cucina e non ha l'aria condizionata.
La struttura in affitto si trova all'interno della zona ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato, accessibile solo ai residenti permanenti e alle persone con permesso speciale) e non dispone di parcheggio in loco.
Il Parcheggio Mazzini più vicino si trova a pochi passi dalla struttura in affitto, quindi è essenziale lasciare lì l'auto prima di raggiungere l'appartamento. Seguendo la segnaletica stradale potrete evitare la zona ZTL mentre vi dirigete verso il parcheggio.
Si informano gentilmente tutti gli ospiti che la proprietà in affitto è self catering quindi sono esclusi per legge i servizi di tipo alberghiero (accoglienza, sorveglianza dell'alloggio, fornitura di pasti e bevande, pulizia giornaliera e cambio biancheria, trasferimenti).
Per tale motivo eventuali servizi aggiuntivi potranno essere forniti su richiesta e con la collaborazione di partner esterni qualificati e di conseguenza addebitati a parte.

Moro Studio Suite è un accogliente monolocale situato nel cuore di Lucca, perfetto per una coppia o un viaggiatore solitario che desidera immergersi nell'atmosfera autentica della città. Lo studio, arredato con gusto e completamente attrezzato, offre un ambiente intimo e funzionale di soli 25 mq.
L'appartamento dispone di un letto matrimoniale comodo e di un bagno con doccia, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. La zona living è dotata di connessione WiFi gratuita e aria condizionata per garantire il massimo comfort in ogni stagione. La cucina completamente accessoriata include frigorifero, congelatore, macchina per il caffè, microonde, tostapane, bollitore e tutto l'occorrente per preparare pasti leggeri o gustose colazioni.
La posizione è strategica: a soli 1000 metri dalla stazione centrale di Lucca e 850 metri dal terminal degli autobus, permette di muoversi facilmente e raggiungere rapidamente i principali servizi. Nei dintorni troverai supermercati, ristoranti tipici e caffetterie a pochi passi dall'appartamento.
Per gli amanti delle escursioni, Moro Studio Suite è un punto di partenza perfetto. Le spiagge di Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi sono a soli 27 km, mentre città come Pisa (19 km) e Firenze (61 km) sono comodamente raggiungibili. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche attrazioni come il Parco di Pinocchio e il Lago di Massaciuccoli.
