The service we received from the property manager Chiara was exceptional. She is extremely helpful & responsive. The location of the apartment is perfect - a five minute walk to the city walls. Around the apartment are shops, bakery, restaurants - even a hairdresser across the road who was very good. All in all our experience with Lucca apartments has exceeded our expectations. |

This flat has everything you need and much more. You can park your car safe, all things you need are a few steps away, Lucca's wall only 600m. We’ve had a wonderful stay at this stylish appartment. The place is exactly as on the pictures, comfortable, the terrace is nice too. The beds and the cushions are very nice, up to a high class hotel standards. The location is nice, not far from the Lucca city walls, there are very good shops near by and an absolutely stunning patisserie place “Sandra” almost around the corner. In the appartment you will get a folder with very useful information about Lucca and some outstanding local tips. Sidrak and his colleagues represent a new way of hospitality service, more advanced then usual Airbnb experience. We were impressed by their professionalism and a client oriented services. Some small issues are: the appartment is located in a courtyarda side street with some buildings under construction, but there was no noise when we’ve stayed. The front door was difficult to open from the inside, but we told about this issue to Sidrak and we think that they will fix it. For the rest our stay was excellent. They even provide with free bicycles which is very comfortable. Great communications, outstanding service, good value.

L’accueil de Cristina à notre arrivée était très agréable, elle nous a bien expliqué les choses et elle nous a donné quelques petites adresses très intéressantes. Un plus de cet appartement est la place de parking mise à disposition par le propriétaire. Nous avons fait beaucoup d’excursions pour la journée en Toscane et pouvoir rentrer sans soucis de se garer est très confortable, surtout quand on voyage avec deux enfants. L’appartement est très agréable, la terrasse est magnifique, dommage que la météo ne nous a pas beaucoup permis de la profiter. Il est très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous recommandons cet appartement et la ville de Lucca sans hésiter!
