Casa Marta è un accogliente appartamento situato nel cuore di Lucca, perfetto per chi cerca un soggiorno comodo e ben attrezzato. Questo grazioso alloggio può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici che desiderano esplorare la bellissima Toscana.
L'appartamento è completamente arredato con gusto e offre tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Dispone di due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia e una cucina indipendente completamente attrezzata. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici che potresti desiderare: frigorifero, lavatrice, forno, macchina del caffè, microonde, tostapane e molto altro ancora.
La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: a soli 400 metri dal supermercato e vicino a ristoranti e bar caratteristici, permettendoti di immergerti immediatamente nell'atmosfera locale. La stazione ferroviaria di Lucca è raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi, mentre numerose attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili. Il mare di Viareggio è a soli 27 km, Pisa a 20 km e Firenze a 95 km.
L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata e WiFi gratuito. La terrazza esterna offre uno spazio esterno perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Nonostante sia situato in città, l'ambiente circostante è tranquillo e ideale per un soggiorno rigenerante.

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Wir hatten einen absolut fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung im Herzen von Lucca.
Die Wohnung ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Man ist mitten im Geschehen, wohnt an einem sehr ruhigen Ort und kann die Ruhe und den Charme der Toskana in vollen Zügen genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Betreuungsteam. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war der Service erstklassig. Das Team war stets sehr freundlich, professionell und immer erreichbar für Fragen oder Tipps. Ein wirklich außerordentlich guter Service, der unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet hat. |

Stayed for 3 weeks and Lucca is amazing- this villa is close to coffee shops, grocery store and so many AMAZING PLACES TO EAT - close to the train and buses - FYI, if mobility is an issue this is not the place to stay as it has 4 flights of stairs….bvis di più

Am Anfang war es etwas holprig, da wir dann 3 Telefonnummern hatten und sich keiner meldete. Irgendwie ging es dann aber doch. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet. Sauber, mit Klimaanlage und tollem Ausblick. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Liegt in devis di più

Sauber, mit Klimaanlage und tollem Ausblick. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Liegt in der Altstadt von Lucca und innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Lucca so zu bieten hat. Mit Auto ist die Wohnung nicht direkt zu erreichen. Allerdings gibt es in näherer Umgebung Parkplätze, die man bezahlen muss. Das hilft sehr, damit der Weg fürs Koffer tragen nicht zu weit wird. Außerhalb ist es auch möglich kostenlose Parkplätze zu finden.

Everything as advertised. Beautiful, comfortable, conveniently located apartment in a lovely Tuscan town. Great as a home base for day trips to Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terra and surrounding towns and vineyards. The best thing is the TERRACE.
