Tipica casa di corte composta da 8 appartamenti e giardino condiviso con tavolo e sedie. Un posto auto coperto per ogni appartamento a disposizione. La casa si trova immersa nel verde, a pochi passi dal lago e a soli 2,5 km dal centro di Lazise. Parcheggio per biciclette al piano inferiore.
Incluso nel prezzo ingresso gratuito al camping Park delle Rose e ai suoi servizi: wi-fi gratuito alla reception del campeggio, piscina con scivoli, piscina per adulti, piscina per bambini, spiaggia, parco giochi per bambini, programma di animazione, campo da calcio, area fitness e ping pong. Regarding the use of air conditioning, this is included in the price from July until September, during the hottest periods. For the rest of the time we do not give it, unless requested, because it is not so hot, we care about not wasting energy and preserving the environment :) We hope to see and to host you again on Lake Garda! With 6 people it would be nice if there was a extra set of keys. It requires a bit of logistic to make sure that the person with the keys is at the apartment when the others get home. And the door phone/bell does not work.

Das Objekt liegt gleich unterhalb der Hauptstraße im Ortsteil Fossalta und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die FeWo ist zwar nicht neu, aber an sich sauber und wirklich geräumig. Für eine Familie mit 4-5 Personen absolut passend. Die Ausstattung ist normalevis di più
Das Objekt liegt gleich unterhalb der Hauptstraße im Ortsteil Fossalta und ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die FeWo ist zwar nicht neu, aber an sich sauber und wirklich geräumig. Für eine Familie mit 4-5 Personen absolut passend. Die Ausstattung ist normaler Standard und vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis so zu erwarten. Die Fewo ist gleich neben Schwimmbad und Rutschen vom Campingplatz und in knapp 10 Minuten ist man am Strand. Weitere 20 Minuten und man ist in Lazise im Hafen.

Die Schränke der Ferienwohnung waren sehr alt und haben muffig gerochen, so dass wir zum größten Teil unsere Kleidung nicht eingeräumt hatten. Im Badschrank befanden sich noch Haare und Dreck. Von der Ausstattung hätte ich mir etwas mehr zum Preis ervis di più

Von der Ausstattung hätte ich mir etwas mehr zum Preis erhofft, zum Bsp.einen Cerankochfeld mit Backofen oder einen Toaster, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung.
Empfehlen würde ich auch Moskitonetze an die Fenster, unsere Kinder hatten leider immer Stiche nach der Nacht. |

In der Zukunft wird er auch alle die Kochnische renovieren. Ein Toaster (oder Sandwich Maker) war zu verfuegung. Es tut mir leid dass Badezimmer war nicht sauber, wir werden besser kontrollieren. When you look at the apartment you can find an area where there are some important infos to know before to book (for example that there is a cleaning fee and that bed linen and towels are optional to be reserved before arrival). Viel Platz vor dem Haus und im Garten, inzwischen auch Klarheit bei der Mülltrennung und eine Markise vor den großen Fenstern für das Abschirmen der Sonneneinstrahlung an heißen Tagen wurde ebenfalls installiert. Alles ist sehr sauber und auch wenn einmal etwas nicht funktioniert, wird sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage und die Möglichkeit, die Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes zu nutzen, sind ideal. Ein paar wenige Punkte, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ein wenig beeinträchtigen, sollen aber hier auch genannt werden: Der Rahmen der Betten müsste dringend erneuert werden, die Geräuschentwicklung ist sehr störend. Die Betten/Matratzen selbst sind aber gut. Es gibt immer noch kein WLAN, obwohl man nur das Signal vom Campingplatz etwas verstärken müsste, denn in den oberen Geschossen des Vorderhaus ist Empfang möglich. Das ist leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir werden nächstes Jahr trotzdem wieder dort buchen, nicht zuletzt, weil wir uns sehr gut betreut fühlen von Romina und Ihrem Team!

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern gereist. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und sehr informativ. Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Haus vorgefunden mit viel Platz für eine große Familie. Die Mitnutzung der Poolanlage ist ein riesiges Plus und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Wer nicht am Haus verweilen möchte, ist in kürzester Zeit an vielen interessanten Orten und einer herrlichen Natur. Ausstattung 7/10, weil uns ein Backofen oder Grill sowie Weingläser gefehlt haben. Ungünstig war, dass es nicht genügend Gartenstühle für alle Hausbewohner gab. Preis/Leistung 8/10, weil wir eine Klimaanlage bei Aufbettung im Wohnraum als Inklusvileistung halten. Service 10/10, täglich frischer Brötchenservice und eine sehr gute Beratung zur Region. Umgebung 8/10, da die Straße doch extrem störend in der Nacht ist. Ansonsten Top!

Spazioso appartamento trilocale di circa 65 metri quadrati, situato a Lazise, a circa 1500 metri dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia, nel complesso residenziale Miralago, con piscina e ampia zona solarium (apertura garantita dal 15/05 al 30/09).
