L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e dispone anche di ASCENSORE. Questo è un antico palazzo all'interno delle mura di Lucca un tempo residenza di una delle famiglie più importanti per il commercio della seta in Europa nel 1400… La posizione è superba, molto centrale ma in un blocco molto tranquillo. La zona è molto bella in quanto zona pedonale. Qui ci sono un paio di ottime pizzerie, alimentari, panificio, pasticceria e bar per la colazione del mattino.. tutto è a pochi passi così come il mercato settimanale e l'accesso alla passeggiata in cima alle mura della città.

Elegante, moderna e molto luminosa, CASA DANIELA offre un soggiorno molto confortevole, con tutti i comfort moderni di cui potresti aver bisogno e mobili nuovi, impeccabili e belli. Tutti i dettagli sono stati estremamente curati.

I soffitti del soggiorno conservano ancora la decorazione pittorica originaria del 1700.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso e misura 100 mq. Ha una camera matrimoniale, una camera singola, una cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, 5 fuochi, congelatore, frigorifero, caffettiera italiana e americana, tostapane, bollitore, un set completo di utensili da cucina come a casa, bicchieri da vino ecc. ..), un ampio soggiorno con TV, un bagno con una grande doccia in muratura.

L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice, una connessione wi-fi molto affidabile in tutto l'appartamento.

Fare un check in dopo le 20.00 è possibile con un piccolo extra di 50 euro da dare in contanti alla persona dell'accoglienza. Dopo mezzanotte, questo piccolo extra aumenta a 100 euro

L'appartamento si trova all'interno della zona ztl e non offre servizio di parcheggio.

L'ospite, prima di recarsi in appartamento per il check-in potrà posteggiare al Parcheggio Mazzini, seguendo l'apposita segnaletica stradale che vi farà evitare la zona ztl.

Si informano i signori ospiti che la proprietà in locazione non è¨ una struttura ricettiva. Pertanto sono esclusi per legge i servizi alla persona di carattere alberghiero (reception, sorveglianza dell'alloggio fornitura pasti e bevande, pulizie e cambi di biancheria giornalieri, transfer).
