Villa Quercia can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room with equipped american kitchen, covered veranda with barbecue corner. Ground floor: large living room with sea view terrace and rear terrace, detached kitchen equipped with every comfort, access to the furnished terrace with sea view and barbecue, double bedroom with amazing sea view and private bathroom with shower. Downstairs a double bedroom with sea view and terrace with garden, double bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi plus terrace and garden, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom with shower, exit to the garden with outdoor shower. Large cellar with a selection of wines and liqueurs upon request.
Among amenities air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi connection, dishwasher, washing machine, guarded parking spaces. Cala dei Ginepri beach is just 100 meters away (about 2 minutes by car) and can also be reached on foot.

Gorgeous white sand beaches, restaurants, nightlife and more are all packed within a few miles. The renowned Porto Cervo is just a few minutes away by car. Cala dei Ginepri beach is only 650 meters away (about 2 minutes by car) and can also be reached on foot.
The Cala dei Ginepri beach is located along the coast belonging to the municipality of Arzachena (OT), between the towns of Cannigione and Baja Sardinia. On the Cannigione-Baja Sardinia provincial road, at the Ea Bianca locality, turn left and take a paved road that descends rapidly towards the coast below the promontory. This small beach with a view of the Gulf of Arzachena is hidden from the rocky coast of this stretch of coast, among the dense vegetation. Also nearby is the renowned beach kiosk Nikki Beach, a destination for enthusiasts on the coast.
