Description
This ancient palace, fully restored in 2021 and furnished in 2022, is located next to Ponte de la Vecchia Malvasia that crosses the Rio Malatin, a few steps from Teatro La Fenice. By accessing from the main entrance you will find yourself in an elegant hall with big windows and a private water gate and a leisure room.
On the first floor you will find the rooms.
Each room has an area of 25 square metres and is equipped with all comfort conditions: heating and cooling, led TV, minibar, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, safe, hairdryer, courtesy kit (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap), iron and ironing board.
Each stay includes the breakfast, which can be consumed from 7 am to 11 am at Al Theatro pastry and restaurant, next to Teatro La Fenice.
Thanks to its excellent position you will be able to reach Saint Mark Square in just 7 minutes, Ponte dell’Accademia in 4 minutes, Rialto bridge in 12 minutes by foot.
The nearest Vaporetto’s stop (public transportation) is S.Maria del Giglio stop, 3 minutes by foot, from where it is possible to take boat line 1 to Piazzale Roma and the railway station or Lido, as well as line orange operated by Alilaguna to Marco Polo Airport.
We also offer a boat taxi booking service to directly reach the accommodation from both airport, train station and Piazzale Roma.
The check-in is available from 3 to 7 pm. Check-ins from 7 to 10 pm are also possible with a small extra payment. During the check-in you will be asked to pay Venice city tax of 3 euros per person per night. Pets are not allowed
