With a spacious layout of approximately 60 square meters and independent on two sides, this apartment is all on one level and features a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, an uncovered outdoor veranda with a small garden, and a reserved parking space, accommodating a total of 5 guests. The amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and an oven. The Marina Maria beach can be easily reached by car or bicycle, and it's only a 4-minute drive away. The adjacent outdoor patio area, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for al fresco dining and pleasant evenings together. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation includes a reserved parking space located at the foot of the building.
